How to Make God Turn His Face to You?

How to Make God Look at Me?

Sometimes we may feel that God doesn't listen to our supplications. From the Islamic view, we believe that God is always listening to our requests and doesn't turn his back on us. But amongst our supplications we have some that are for getting God's attention to our problems. The following is one of them narrated from Imam Sadiq (A.S): 

Imam Sadiq (A.S) has narrated from his father and his father’s fathers that they said: “whoever recites this sentence fifteen times a day:
لاَإِلَهَ إِلّاَ اللهُ حَقّاً حَقّاً لاَإِلَهَ إِلّاَ اللهُ إِيمَاناً وَتَصْدِيقاً لاَإِلَهَ إِلّاَ اللهُ عُبُودِيَّةً وَرِقّاً
Undoubtedly, there is no god but Allah, there is no god but Allah in terms of faith and admission, there is no god but Allah in terms of servanthood and adoration.
God turns His face to him and does not turn His face back unless he enters the Heaven.
