For Being Relieved of Terror and Receiving Utmost Bounties from God

O Mohammad, and whoever is afflicted with terror, and loves me to complete my grace upon him, congratulate him with honor, and make him dignified to me, he should say:

يَا حَاشِيَ الْعِزِّ قُلُوبَ أَهْلِ التَّقْوَى وَ يَا مُتَوَلِّيَهُمْ بِحُسْنِ سَرَائِرِهِمْ وَ يَا مُؤَمِّنَهُمْ بِحُسْنِ تَعَبَّدِهِمْ، أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ مَا قَدْ أَبْرَمْتَهُ إِحْصَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْء قَدْ أَتْقَنْتَهُ عِلْماً أَنْ تَسْتَجِيبَ لِي بِتَثْبِيتِ قَلْبِي عَلَى الطُّمَأْنِينَةِ وَ الاِْيمَانِ وَ أَنْ تُوَلِّيَنِي مِنْ قَبُولِكَ مَا تُبَلِّغُنِي بِهِ شِدَّةَ الرَّغْبَةِ فِي طَاعَتِكَ حَتَّى لاَ أُبَالِيَ أَحَداً سِوَاكَ وَ لاَ أَخَافَ شَيْئاً مِنْ دُونِكَ يَا رَحِيمُ. 

O Surrounder of the hearts of the people of piety with glory, and O the One who takes care of them with the goodness of their inner aspects, and O the One who secures them with the goodness of their worship, I beseech You by all that You have precisely encompassed in knowledge from everything that You have perfected based on knowledge, to respond to me by establishing my heart upon tranquility and faith, and to make me attain from Your acceptance what brings me to the intensity of desire for Your obedience, until I do not care about anyone other than You, and I do not fear anything but You, O the Most Merciful.

For indeed, when he says that, I grant him security from the terrorizing events regarding himself, his religion, and his blessings.
